We may receive information from integrated services such as Google Calendar, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and payment processors.

Synthfy LLC does not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Payment Processor (Paddle): We use Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) and Paddle.com Inc. (for US customers) as our Merchant of Record for payment processing, billing, invoicing, and tax collection. When you subscribe, Paddle processes your payment information directly. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
- Service Providers: Third parties that assist in operating our platform and delivering services, under strict data protection agreements.
- Integrations: Third-party services you authorize (calendars, CRMs) — only the data necessary for the integration to function.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and users.
- Business Transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Call recordings, transcripts, and logs are retained for a default period of 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@synthfy.us.
